Exportia Lab: The Pros and Cons of the new European Unitary Patent System for exporters

Exportia Lab: The Pros and Cons of the new European Unitary Patent System for exporters, a 30-min LAB on European Intellectual Property protection

In this Exportia Lab session we explored a new way to register a patent in up to 17 European countries in one application. Robbie Boukarroum, patent attorney at FPA Patent Attorneys, shared with us what this new system is about. We discussed the pros and cons for the different options.

This 30-Min Exportia LAB is very well suited for the teams in charge with Intellectual Property protection in your business, whether you are already exporting to Europe or planning to do so in the near future.
